1. What kinds of bike bags do you sell?

Currently, we only sell Bossa and Bossa Nova, which are multi-task bags. It fits your bike handlebars and saddle, and you can carry it at your waist as an everyday hip bag.

2. Are your bags waterproof?

Yes, our Bossas are water-resistant, and waterproof. Check the product descriptions for details — we always note the materials and specifications.

3. Will the bag fit my bike?

The Bossa and Bossa Nova are designed to fit most bikes.

4. How long will shipping take?

We usually ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we’ll send tracking info as soon as your order ships.

5. Do you offer returns?

Yes! 

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

• All returned items must be as new with tags still attached
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• We’ll issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item
