Here are answers to some of the questions we get most often:

1. What kinds of bike bags do you sell?

Currently, we sell Bossa, Bossa Nova, and Tool rolls. The Bossa fits your bike handlebars and saddle, and you can carry it at your waist as an everyday hip bag.
- The Bossa bags are designed to fit on your bike handlebars, and can be worn at your waist or crossbody as an everyday hip bag.
- The Tool roll is designed to be able to mount under your saddle, offering a compact and secure solution for your roadside essentials

We are also planning to open pre-orders soon for our Custom Frame bag

2. Are your bags water-resistant?

Yes, our bags are water-resistant.  We use for majority of our products 2 layers of fabric, usually ecopak, x-pac. Check the product descriptions for more details — we always note the materials and specifications.

3. Will the bag fit my bike?

The Bossa bags are designed to fit most handlebar bikes.

The Tool roll are designed to fit most saddle bikes 

4. How long will shipping take?

We usually ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we’ll send tracking info as soon as your order ships.

5. Do you offer returns?

Yes! 

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

• All returned items must be as new with tags still attached
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• We’ll issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item
